The warehouse is open from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday and is closed at weekends.

Using this website indicates that you accept these terms and conditions, along with our Privacy Policy. By using these services you are agreeing to the terms and conditions which are subject to change and alterations periodically. Please check our terms and conditions on a regular basis to ensure you are aware of any changes made. Our terms and conditions are in accordance with the laws of England and all disputes will be settled in the English court system.

IMPORTANT FREE DELIVERY NOTICE

When free delivery is offered on any deals the standard delivery service automatically is 2-3 days however the customer does have the right to pay extra for the next day option or Saturday delivery.

 

The £10 Shop - Terms And Conditions

Please be aware that ALL PURCHASES made in our £10 Shop Category are NON REFUNDABLE and NON RETURNABLE. If the £10 Shop Terms are NOT acknowledged by the customer and an item is returned the to us there will be  shipping/postage charge of £2.99 to send them back to you.

 

PAYMENT REFUNDS AND RETURNS

We will be happy to exchange the item for a replacement or to make a refund which will go onto the card which was used when you made your purchase. We are not able to refund any postage charges but we will send any exchange items free of postage charges.

4.2 By placing and paying for an order on www.amychildsofficial.co.uk and upon receiving confirmation from us you enter a binding contract upon these terms and conditions and confirm that you are legally able to do so

4.3 All orders placed through www.amychildsofficial.co.uk are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

4.4 We will always try to honor the dispatch times shown on our website. There may however be delays (such as adverse weather conditions) and we would ask that you do not contact our customer services until the day after delivery was expected. We will make every effort to contact you as soon as we are aware of any delays.

4.5 In order to submit an order on www.amychildsofficial.co.uk you must be over the age of 18 and hold a credit or debit card of a bank account acceptable to us – please see Payment (Point Six.)

4.6 When placing an order on www.amychildsofficial.co.uk you undertake that all details provided are true and accurate, you are the owner of the payment card and have sufficient funds to cover the cost and delivery of the product.

4.7 When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email to confirm the receipt of your order – this is the acknowledgment and is not the confirmation or acceptable email. The confirmation email comes when your goods have been dispatched – this is when you enter a binding contract with us.

4.8 We only accept orders from England, Scotland, Wales, Ireland and Northern Ireland.

5. PRICES

5.1 Where applicable, prices on www.amychildsofficial.co.uk are inclusive of UK VAT rates but exclusive of delivery costs which are an addition – please see our Delivery Policy.

5.2 Prices on www.amychildsofficial.co.uk are subject to change without notice but placed orders will remain unaffected.

5.3 If there has been an incorrectly priced product on www.amychildsofficial.co.uk we will contact you in the first instance about this mistake. We are under no obligation to provide the product at the incorrect price.

6. PAYMENT

6.1 All orders placed on www.amychildsofficial.co.uk must be paid for with a debit or credit card from a bank acceptable to us – the list of payment types we take are the following – Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Solo, Maestro, Electron and Paypal.

6.2 Upon receiving the order we will carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on the card to ensure you have the sufficient funds to make the purchase. The goods will then be dispatched if authorisation was given and your card will be debited.

7. RETURNS POLICY

7.1 All orders placed on www.amychildsofficial.co.uk are subject to a 14 day returns policy except in the case of receiving damaged or faulty goods, postage costs may be deducted from your refund. 

7.2 Amy Childs Collection will NOT issue a refund for Sleep Rollers if the pack has been opened, these will then be sent back to you and the postage will be charge back to the customer.

7.3 Standard delivery will be refunded upon full return, all other shipping fees will be charged upon full return

8. COMPLAINTS

8.1 We have a complaints handling procedure which we will resolve any disputes – please let us know your complaints and comments at enquiries@amychildscollection.co.uk. Although we aim to offer you the best service possible we may not always be able to meet your requirements. If a fault occurs please contact us and we will attempt to correct the it as soon as we reasonably can.

9. INDEMNITY

9.1 By using www.amychildsofficial.co.uk you agree to indemnify and defend the employees and associates of Celebrity Fashion Clothing from all third party claims, liability, damages and costs arising from using www.amychildsofficial.co.uk or breaching terms and conditions.

10. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISTICTION

10.1 Our terms and conditions are in accordance with the laws of England and all disputes will be settled in the English court system.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

11.1 All and any Intellectual Property Rights in connection with the products and our website shall be owned by us absolutely.

Returns Policy - Trade Only

  1. All dresses need to be returned in the original packaging of a poly bag that they were sent out in
  2. If any garments are faulty please send them back in a poly bag with a note detailing a description of what the fault is and what action you require
  3. All exchanges can take up to 14 days to process. All credit notes will be processed within our 30 days term
  4. All wholesale and distributors must returns goods within 6 weeks from date of despatch.

PLEASE NOTE:- All customer returns are delivered to the warehouse after 2pm the following day.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS and DELIVERY


It is suggested that for ALL non UK orders that you use the additional payment option at checkout for PAYPAL. This will allow you to pay via SAGEPAY/PAYPAL merchant checkout


FREE DELIVERY IS ONLY ALLOWED FOR UK DELIVERY ADDRESSES - All Non UK orders wil be a set fee as below.


Standard UK Delivery - £4.99
We aim to deliver all mainland UK deliveries in up to 4 working days, deliveries will be send via DPD.


Europe - £14.00
We aim to deliver european international orders within 5-7 working days.
Your parcel will require a signature so please ensure that delivery is able to be taken at the chosen delivery address.

Rest of the World -£16.00
We aim to deliver international order within 7-12 working days.
Your parcel will require a signature so please ensure that delivery is able to be taken at the chosen delivery address.

We aim to deliver internationally within 5-12working days. However, sometimes during holiday or busy periods, deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your delivery within 14 working days, please contact us.
Note that these delivery periods are expected guide-lines, but we will not be held liable if your delivery takes longer. We will not be liable to you or be deemed to be in breach of the contract by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of its obligations in relation to the goods ordered by you if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond its reasonable control.



CUSTOM & IMPORT DUTIES
The prices of the items you order do not include custom taxes and import duties; the costs of these charges vary for each country. You will be responsible for these costs incurred for custom charges when you receive your parcel. If you refuse to accept your parcel, your items will be returned back to Celebrity Fashion Clothing.  You will be liable for any additional returns and customs charges in relation to your return, the costs of these charges will be deducted from the refunds which are owed to you.

Returns
You can return or exchange any items purchased through www.amychildscollection.co.uk, only if it is returned to us in the original condition that it was sent. You have 14 days to return the items to us from the date you receive your order.
All items must be returned to us in the same condition as they were sent, and will be examined upon return. As for reasons of hygiene we unable to offer refunds, replacements or exchanges on any  used goods. Please check your items once received to ensure they are in satisfactory condition. We highly recommend that you choose to send returns back to us on a recorded delivery service, as we are not held liable for returns that go missing.
